Tandem Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms cover your use of Tandem, advertising-management software operated by Tandem Collective LLC ("we", "us"). By signing in to or using Tandem, you agree to them. If you use Tandem for an agency or a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

What Tandem is

Tandem is a workspace where advertising agencies manage their clients' paid advertising. Agencies organize each client as a business with projects and campaigns, see performance and spend, share spend reports with clients, and plan campaign builds that Tandem creates on Facebook.

Campaigns Tandem creates

When you ask Tandem to create campaigns, ad sets or ads, it creates them paused. Checking them and turning them on is your decision, and you are responsible for the ads you run and the money they spend.

Ad spend

Advertising costs are billed to you by Meta under your agreement with Meta, not by us. Spend and performance figures in Tandem come from Meta and may differ from Meta's final billing; Meta's records are the reference for what you owe it.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide Tandem to you, as described in our privacy policy, and you can ask us to delete it by following the data deletion instructions.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tandem to break the law or anyone's rights, to get into accounts or data you aren't allowed to see, or to interfere with Tandem or the services it connects to.

The service

We work to keep Tandem accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We may change or improve features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tandem Collective LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or ad spend, and our total liability for any claim relating to Tandem is limited to the amount you paid us for Tandem in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using Tandem at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or connected accounts at risk. When an account closes, we handle its data as the privacy policy describes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we tell account holders by email before they take effect.

Governing law

New Jersey law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
